Gail Richardson
Founder
Prior to all the research and development of Amped Up Aviation, Gail worked with Canada's flagship airline managing their Work-Integrated Learning program and supporting the students. She has worked in aerospace and defence in Canada, and the Royal Air Force in Sardinia, Italy in security roles. Gail is also experienced in Operations Management and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She is a Criminology nerd for good measure!
Phyl Durdey
Aviation Specialist and CEO, Flightline Training Services
Phyl started Flightline Training Services in 2001 during the aftermath of 9/11. Flightline is ranked as Canada's largest technical training organization. He is a proud former member of the Canadian Armed Forces. Phyl is also the Aviation Specialist for CTV News.
Robert Westbrook
Courseware Development
Robert has an abundance of strings to his bow: Aviation Maintenance, Technical Training, Maintenance Planning, Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Graphic Design, Photography. The list of his skills is literally, way too long to list!
Kara Swartz
Graphic Design
Kara is currently working towards her Bachelor of Illustration. Having grown up with aviation in her family, she was a natural fit. She loves to make digital artwork and exudes passion to learn new things!
Chris Long
VR Development
Chris specializes in Algorithm Design, Application Development and Object‑Oriented Programming.... After that, everything else he tells me sounds like Alphabet Soup! But he emanates excitement for our VR journey!
