Our founder has been involved in aviation since 1993.  Some might say she's married to the job!  (OK, so they'd technically be right).

Through previously working with college students in an apprenticeship style program with Canada's flagship airline, and knowing the shortage of Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs) globally, she saw a large gap in the industry with her own eyes.  She calls it an "invisible gap"!

Aircraft maintenance is a career in a huge and complex global industry, but while young minds are deciding what they want to be when they grow up....  that invisible gap is always there.  "Skilled Trades" are being pushed left, right and centre, but aviation and aerospace?  Well that's pie in the sky, right?

Wrong!  It is planes in the sky and someone has to maintain them to keep them up there....

With the support and dedication of highly experienced aircraft maintenance and aviation advocates, we're going to get students AMPED UP about aviation....
